We encourage a calm, friendly, and inclusive atmosphere built around: Respectful conversation and thoughtful discussion. Appreciation for nature, rural traditions, and considered living. Encouraging and supporting fellow members. Curiosity, kindness, and open-mindedness. Slowing down and enjoying meaningful connection through books. This is intended to be a peaceful and welcoming space for like-minded individuals.
Membership Expectations
By participating in the book club, members agree to: Treat all members with kindness and respect. Engage politely, even when opinions differ. Avoid aggressive, discriminatory, or inflammatory language. Refrain from bullying, harassment, or personal attacks. Keep discussions relevant to the book club themes and community spirit. Respect the privacy of other members and not share private conversations externally without permission. We welcome a diversity of experiences and perspectives, but expect all conversations to remain considerate and constructive. Evans & Moose reserves the right to remove comments, restrict participation, or revoke membership where behaviour is deemed harmful to the community atmosphere.
Member Participation
Participation in discussions is encouraged but never required. Members are welcome to engage at their own pace and enjoy the club in a way that feels comfortable to them.

All Evans & Moose materials, graphics, reading guides, and curated content remain the intellectual property of Evans & Moose unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. Members retain ownership of their own comments and contributions shared within discussions.
Photos, Videos & Other Media
You are more than welcome to post photos and videos in the discussion group but please ensure they are relevant and appropriate to the chosen book, or your considered living journey. The group, like our website as a whole, is not intended for use of those under 18 years old without parental permission.
