Delivery Policy 

 

General

When a product or products are ordered through our online shop we will ship them with Evri or via Royal Mail. 

We currently only ship to Mainland UK. 

Our products are put into groups based on their weight and then the delivery charge is calculated based on the weight of the product. 

Standard Shipping - between 3 - 5 working days. 'Working days' are Monday - Friday. 

Next Day Delivery is available on orders placed before 11am Monday - Thursday. 

We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that this delivery time is met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries, which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control. 

Items made to order (stated in product description) will not meet these delivery time frames. 

We get lots of deliveries to the farm so where possible try to reuse boxes when sending you your items. 

Part Shipment of An Order

Please note that if there is an item which is out of stock, but is due to arrive within 3 days, your order will be held and dispatched together. If the Next Day is selected the delivery will take place on this service once the items become available. If the delay is longer than 3 days your order will be part dispatched.

If your order consists of items made to order e.g. Willow or Blacksmithed items and items readily in stock, the order will be dispatched all together when the made to order items have been created. Within 14 days. 

Items not received

If you contact us to say that you have not received your order we will require written confirmation of non receipt before we can resend your order.

 

This can be sent via email or by the post and must be received back within 7 days.

Items damaged in transit

Although every effort is taken to ensure our parcels are well-packed when they leave, accidents do happen. If this does happen please contact us within 3 working days and please email pictures of the damaged item(s) to and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you.

Please check all goods on receipt as any damaged or faulty goods need to be reported within 3 working days. Once an item has been signed for it is accepted that the order has been received in a good condition.

 

Please check large items carefully before signing for the parcel.

The Considered Living Collective Subscription

You must sign up on or before the 15th on each month to receive that current months envelope which will be posted on out or before the 20th. Subscriptions started on or after the 16th of the month will receive the next months envelope. Envelopes are posted via Royal Mail or Evri and postage does not include tracking.

Exchanges/refunds are not accepted on the subscription club but you can cancel anytime.

 

Postage to the United Kingdom (Wales, England & Scotland) is free, non tracked, taking approx. 3 - 5 working days.

 

International Shipping is available on The Considered Living Collective Subscription only, charged per item. You must select the correct shipping option or you will be responsible for any additional charges. 

 

Europe Shipping Covers: Ireland, France, Germany, Monaco, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Portugal, and Norway - taking approx. 4 - 7 working days.

USA Shipping Covers: USA - Taking approx. 7 - 10 working days.

Canada Shipping Covers: Canada - Taking approx. 7 - 10 working days.

Australia and New Zealand Shipping Covers: Australia & New Zealand - Taking approx. 7 - 10 working days. 

Should an international parcel become lost in transit, please contact us via our email.
